Information for Inbound Exchange Students (2024/2025)
Eligibility
- Full-time undergraduate or graduate students nominated by our sister colleges.
Application materials
- Application form: Signed by your international coordinator and scan into PDF format.
- Transcript of home university: We accept e-transcript.
- Curriculum Vitae: 1 page, single-spaced in English or Traditional Chinese.
- Statement of Purpose:1 page, single-spaced in English or Traditional Chinese. Please summarize your academic background, experiences, qualifications, and motivation to study at the College of Liberal Arts.
- Passport Copy: in PDF format.
- ID Photo: In JPG format. This is for making your NTU ID card.

Visa Application
We will send you the initial admission decision via email once we completed the application review. You will receive a College Letter of Acceptance (English) and a University Letter of Acceptance (Traditional Chinese) via physical mail. Please note that the University Letter of Acceptance is the required document for visa application. Please visit VISA & ARC of NTU Office of International Affairs and Visa Information of Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs for general information.
